SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safe instruments of labor, in particular during operators activities in emergency situations, accompanied by increased levels of dust and noise. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the operator's cabin, working under conditions of high dust content and high noise levels, containing a base, a frame, life support equipment, window and door openings and enclosures in the form of acoustic panels, the base is installed on at least three pneumatic vibration isolators, to which the carcass of the cabin rigidly fastened in the form of acoustic noise-absorbing panels, as well as a ceiling part with lamps, a rear wall located in a plane parallel to the plane of the front wall, and four side walls, where one has a door, and the cabin is sealed and equipped with a life support system in the form of an artificial microclimate system with a control panel, and also a workplace that includes a work table, a chair with vibration isolators in the form of elastomer plates attached to the legs of the chair, and a hanger for changing clothes, the life support system is made in the form of an artificial microclimate system with a control panel, the acoustic noise-absorbing panel is made in the form of a sound-absorbing structure consisting of a rigid and perforated walls, between them there is a multi-layer sound-absorbing element made in the form of five layers, two of them, adjacent to the walls, are sound-absorbing layers of materials of different density, and three central layers are combined, besides the sound-absorbing member is lined on its entire surface with an acoustically transparent material, and each of the pneumatic vibration isolators where the base of the cabin is installed is made by two-chamber with at least three working chambers in the form of rubber-cord shells, each of them is connected by means of an inter-chamber choke with a damper chamber located in the base of the cabin, in accordance with the invention, the damper chamber is in the form of a toroidal cavity of rectangular cross-section having a common bottom base and bounded from above by an upper round base, where there is an inter-chamber choke connecting the cavities of the rubber-cord shell and the damper chamber, the upper round base of the toroidal cavity of the rectangular section serving as the lower support surface of the rubber-cored shell, and the upper supporting surface of the rubber-cord shell is the support disc, where the base of the operator's cabin is supported through the vibration damping gasket, and between the lower base of the toroidal cavity of a rectangular section and its upper round base, where a rubber-cord shell is fixed by its lower support surface, a gap is connected the cavity of the working and damper chambers of the pneumatic vibration isolator through the chamber choke.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of the operator by reducing the levels of dust and noise.
