OPERATOR'S CABIN, WORKING UNDER CONDITIONS OF HIGH DUST CONTENT, HIGH NOISE AND VIBRATION LEVELS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04B1/84

Abstract RU 2655637 C1

FIELD: security facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safe instruments of labor, in particular during operators activities in emergency situations, accompanied by increased levels of dust and noise. This is achieved by the fact that in the operator's cabin, operating in conditions of high dust content and high levels of noise and vibration, comprises base, frame, cassette air conditioner, window and door openings and enclosures are in form of acoustic panels, wherein the base is installed on at least three pneumatic vibration isolators, made in the form of rubber cord shell, and the cabin frame is made in the form of sound-absorbing structure consisting of rigid and perforated walls, between which a multi-layer sound-absorbing element made in the form of five layers is located, two of them, adjacent to the walls, are sound-absorbing layers from the different density materials, and three central layers are combined, wherein the axial layer is made sound-absorbing, and two symmetrical adjoining layers are made from the complex shaped sound reflecting material, composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, as the sound-absorbing material plates from the “Rockwool” type basalt-based mineral wool are used, or the “URSA” type mineral wool, or the P-75 type basalt wool, or glass wool with glass felt lining, wherein over its entire surface the sound absorbing element is lined with the acoustically transparent material, for example, of the EZ-100 type glass fabric or the “Poviden” type polymer, and each of the pneumatic vibration isolators, on which the cabin base is installed, is made by two-chamber ones with at least three working chambers in the form of rubber-cord shells, each of which by means of inter-chamber choke is connected to the located in the cabin base damper chamber, the damper chamber is in the form of the rectangular cross-section toroidal cavity having the common bottom base, and limited from above by the upper circular base, in which inter-chamber choke is arranged, connecting the rubber-cord shell and the damper chamber cavities, at that, the rectangular cross-section toroidal cavity upper circular base serves as the rubber-cord shell lower support surface, and the support disk is the rubber-cord shell upper supporting surface, on which by the operator's cabin base is supported through the vibration damping gasket, and between the rectangular section toroidal cavity lower base and its upper circular base, on which the rubber-cord shell is fixed by its lower support surface, a gap is made, connecting the pneumatic vibration isolator working and damper chambers cavities through the inter-chamber choke.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of work of the operator due to the reduction in the levels of dust and noise.
