SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to the field of spray heads, having an anti-drip element for preventing dripping or light run of the spray head after stopping the spraying process. Spray head comprises spray head main body (2) and nozzle plate (3). Spray head main body (2) comprises at least one fluid channel (4) to allow fluid flow to nozzle plate (3). Anti-drip element (10) is located between spray head main body (2) and nozzle plate (3). Anti-drip element (10) comprises at least one opening (11) in fluid communication with fluid channel (4), in order to provide fluid flow in space (6) between anti-drip element (10) and nozzle plate (3). At least upper portion (12) of anti-drip element (10) is movably mounted inside spray head chamber (5) to allow movement. Upper portion (12) is preloaded such that upper portion (12) rests on nozzle plate (3) or an intermediate element and upper portion (12) rises from nozzle plate (3) or intermediate element when fluid flow is provided through the fluid channel (4) into space (6) between upper portion (12) and nozzle plate (3) or the intermediate element. Anti-drip element (10) is formed by a membrane made of an elastic material. Upper portion of anti-drip element (10) is preloaded to nozzle plate (3). Anti-drip element (10) is connected to spray head main body (2) by means of at least one connecting portion (13). Connecting portion (13) is formed by flexible U-shaped or zigzag portions of the material. Preloading of upper portion (12) of anti-drip element (10) is provided by connecting portion (13).
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to enable the elimination of slow drip leakage or light run of the spray head and to avoid residual liquid (specifically water) in the interior of the spray head.
