Then, in aseptic conditions, a vertically puncture needle with a local anesthetic solution attached to 0.5 cm and a connected contact of the neurostimulator to the depth of the artery, when receiving a response in the form of a contraction of the muscle group concerned, a local anesthetic solution is injected into the 0.5 mA stimulus or less.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of complications associated with unintentional puncture and injury of the subclavian artery and pleural cavity.
