FIELD: medicine; anesthesiology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of peripheral nerve conduction anesthesia in neck reconstructive surgeries. Method of anesthetic provision of ultrasound-assisted cervical plexus block in surgical treatment of cicatricial contractures of neck in reconstructive plastic surgery using long-axis ultrasonic scanning with a linear sensor comprises placing a patient in a semi-recumbent position with the neck on a support, fixing the position of the neck for the injection of the anesthetic and designed to reflect ultrasonic waves, then under ultrasound control, the cervical plexus is found, applied with a marker on the neck skin around the cervical plexus through a coordinate grid pattern, further, using the guide device, by aligning the coordinate grids on the neck with the coordinate grid of the guide device, the needle is inserted at an angle to the skin surface at the point of application of the linear ultrasound transducer into the superficial and deep cervical plexuses for the introduction of the anesthetic. Guide device for providing the angle of needle entry and positioning the point of injection of the anesthetic consists of a base made in the form of a quarter of the lateral side of a transparent plastic cylinder with a coordinate grid, in which there is a window for applying a linear ultrasound sensor. From the base there extends a cylindrical element made with the possibility of movement of a syringe with an anesthetic in it to insert the needle of the syringe at an angle to the injection point. At the end of the cylindrical element there is an antifriction gasket to provide for non-rigid fixation during movement of the syringe with the anesthetic in the cylindrical element. A cutout is made in the cylindrical element at the point of its articulation with the base for visual control of the needle insertion point of the syringe.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides safety and higher accuracy of the anesthetic introduction into the cervical plexus area.
