FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates electrical engineering, namely, to a gas-discharge modifier of carbon nanomaterials of the drum type, and can be used to produce carbon nanomaterials. Gas-discharge modifier comprises a rotor, two electrodes, a piezoelectric barrier, a gas-discharge gap in the interelectrode space, where a bulk layer of a carbon nanomaterial is also located, and a high-voltage source of AC voltage in the acoustic frequency range. Lattice structure of the electrode makes it possible to form an inhomogeneous electric field on the surface of the dielectric barrier, which allows simultaneous excitation of multiple discharges.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity and reliability of the gas-discharge modifier by reducing the adhesion of electrically conductive modified nanocarbon particles to the surface of the rotor, as well as increasing the intensity of their mixing is the technical result of the invention.
