FIELD: air decontamination. SUBSTANCE: rotor-type plasmochemical oscillator has an electric motor with a dielectric disk and impeller on the shaft, connected to a unipolar DC voltage source are movable and fixed electrodes located in the air duct, where the fixed electrode is made as a flat metal disk with a hole on the axle and dielectric barrier on the surface forming the oscillator base that is conductive-coupled to an additional earthed electrode made as a plate and installed in a minimum spaced relation to the barrier surface and forms a gas-discharge gap with the high-voltage electrode. The high-voltage electrode has the shape of a knife with the point edge facing the barrier, it is secured together with the additional electrode on the lower end of the dielectric disk-rotor with radial orientation of their planes coinciding with the plane passing through the rotor axis. The oscillator air duct is formed in the gap between the lower end of the disk-rotor and working surface of the base, and the function of impeller blades of the centrifugal fan is fulfilled by electrode plates connected to the voltage source through sliding contacts, the air duct inlet connection is matched with the axle hole in the base.
