FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used to measure the temporal position and duration of a video pulse in a radio communication equipment, radar, monitoring, automatic control and management systems. Device for measuring the time position and duration of the video pulse comprises the first and the second output lines, an input line, the first monitoring key 1, the first integrator 2, the first delay element 3, the first element HE 4, the first adder 5, the differentiator 6, the second integrator 7, the second delay element 8, the second element NOT 9, the second adder 10, the second monitoring key 11, a maximum position indicator of the input signal 12, the third adder 13, the third element HE 14, the fourth adder 15, the position indicator of the lowest minimum of the input signal 16, the constant voltage generator 17, the attenuator 18 with a transmission factor of 1/2.
EFFECT: technical result consists in design simplification and accuracy improvement of measurements.
