SUBSTANCE: device for measuring the time position and duration of a random pulse signal refers to the field of radio engineering and can be used for the analysis of pulse signals in the radio communication equipment, radar, automatic control and control systems. Device contains two output buses, a controlled key, a filter, a quad, an integrator, a delay line, NOT element, an adder and an input bus. Also, instead of complex multi-channel structural schemes of the prototype, the invention uses two channels, each of which is matched with a corresponding pulse. For this, an amplifier, four adders, a differentiator, an integrator, a delay line, two NOT elements, a maximum position indicator, position indicator of the lowest minimum, controlled key, constant voltage generator and attenuator, connected so that the problem of signal evaluation reduces to the problem of estimating the time positions of two separated rectangular quasi-deterministic video pulses of known duration.

EFFECT: simplified and increased reliability of the device for measuring the time position and duration of a random pulse signal.
