FIELD: cleaning devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for process gases and aspirating air cleaning of dust and harmful gaseous air components and can be used in enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry enterprises, at the food-processing industry enterprises and the building materials production enterprises, as well as in other industries where air or gases cleaning of dust is required. In particular, the invention contemplates the bag filter design with pulse regeneration of horizontally arranged filter bags with compressed air or gas. Bag filters for industrial dust and gas cleaning regeneration system comprises a housing divided into a main dust collection chamber in the upper part provided with a chamber for introducing of contaminated air, and in which the horizontally arranged in rows horizontally and vertically frame filter elements are fixed in the baghouse, purified air chamber for the purified air discharging into which the frame filter elements open ends are brought, and hopper located under the main dust-collecting chamber. In the cleaned air chamber attached to the housing pipelines with impulse tubes are located, which are located opposite the outlets of filter hoses for pulse regeneration of these hoses by compressed air, wherein the said tubes are communicated with a source of compressed air through the tap and valve apparatus. In the baghouse, the frame filter elements are located in the upper and lower sections, opposite the filter elements, in each of which and for each vertical row of these elements separate pipelines with impulse tubes are located, through a separate tap and valve equipment and reinforced hoses communicated with a source of compressed air, made in the form of at least one blinded pipe with an internal diameter of not more than 150 mm, communicated with the its compressed air filling unit. Each filter element consists of a metal frame and a fabric tubular sleeve stretched over this frame from the filtering material, metal frame consists of inseparably welded together longitudinal and flattened transverse ribs made of metal bars, each transverse rib is a flat element of a closed loop from a curved metal rod, and the longitudinal ribs are made in the form of rectilinear segments of metal rods. Fabric tubular sleeve is made blank at one end to cover the metal frame end portion and open at the other end, and from the of the of the fabric tubular sleeve blank end side an end plate with bent edges is attached to the frame, to which the bent ends of the longitudinal ribs metal rods are welded, wherein the pulse tubes are located at a distance from the filter elements open ends for supplying of the compressed air at an angle of the flare opening of 6–8°.
EFFECT: technical result is in increase of the regeneration process safety and to ensuring the filter elements cleaning performance in the main dust collection chamber.
