FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection. Industrial dust and gas cleaning system contains bag-type filters installed in series, made with horizontally arranged and covered tubular shells from the filter material by frame filter elements in the main dust collecting chambers, with the chambers located in the upper part of the main dust collection chambers communicating with the air intake duct of polluted air, with the chambers of purified air and with bunkers located beneath the main dust collection chambers to collect contaminants. In the chambers of purified air there are pipelines with impulse tubes, which located opposite the outlets of filter hoses. These pipes are communicated with a source of compressed air through the crane and valve equipment. Each filter element consists of a metal frame and a fabric tubular sheath of filter material stretched over it, one end of which is made of a deaf to cover the end part of the metal frame and open at the other end. In each vertically oriented main dust-collecting chamber, the frame filter elements are arranged with the opening of their open ends into vertically oriented along the main dust-collecting chambers cleaned-air chambers in which pipelines with pulse tubes are mounted vertically with the arrangement of each impulse tube against the open end of the corresponding frame filter element at a distance from the open end of this filter element for supplying compressed air at the angle of the flare opening of 6–8°. Two-line hose filters are mounted on a platform located at a distance from the support surface on the racks and are grouped in two rows. Air inlet duct of the polluted air is made with a common inlet port, vertically oriented from one end of the platform, dividing into two arms, each of which is communicated with a chamber communicated with the main dust collection chambers of the bag filters of the series. Air duct of the cleaned air outlet from the chambers of the purified air is made in the form of two sleeves, which are stretched under the chambers of the purified air of each row of bag filters, connected to the lower parts of the cleaned air chambers, withdrawn from the other end of the platform under the platform towards the air intake duct of contaminated air and communicated each with two sleeves with a fan unit placed on the supporting surface.
EFFECT: decrease in size, increase in productivity.
