FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for cleaning of gases from solid particles by filtration method and can be used for catching dust in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, industry of construction materials, chemical, food and other industries. Sleeve / cartridge filter comprises separation inner chamber divided into two sections arranged one above the other. Note here that cleaned gas chamber is arranged in top section while contaminated gas chamber is arranged in lower section. Contaminated gas chamber is communicated with the contaminated gas feed branch pipe, and the cleaned gas chamber is communicated with the outlet branch pipe. Separation inner chamber comprises two-section frame. In the upper section of the frame in the cleaned gas chamber there are sleeves or filter cartridges. Lower section of the frame is intended for arrangement of contaminated gas chamber. Cleaned gas chamber is covered from above with several covers placed on the shelves, which in turn are placed on the frame of the separation inner chamber. Frame above the cleaned gas chamber is configured to provide arrangement of several covers above the chamber, each of which is designed to provide access only to part of the inner cavity of the cleaned gas chamber. Each flange is attached to the frame by means of detachable connection with possibility of complete separation of flange and frame and further removal of flanges. Each cover is attached to the shelf by means of detachable connection with possibility of complete disconnection of cover from shelves, on which it is located, to provide replacement of part of filters located directly under the detached cover. Cover is equipped with handle and made of material lighter than carcass.

EFFECT: reduction of overall dimensions of sleeve / cartridge filter, simplification of design, simplification of installation, improvement of serviceability and replacement of filters.
