where J is O; Y is carbon; K and L are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-C6 alkyl; M is selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyloxy or C1-C6 alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted 18F; T and U together with carbon atoms, to which they are attached, form a six-membered aromatic ring, which is unsubstituted or substituted 18F; R21, R22 and R34 are independently selected from hydrogen and fragment 18F; R23, R24, R25 and R26 are hydrogen; n=2; wherein, at least one 18F is present in the structure of said contrast agent being an image providing fragment. Invention also relates to the use of said contrast agent, a composition or diagnostic kit based on it for detection, visualization and/or monitoring of myocardial perfusion.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an extension of the arsenal of diagnostic markers to obtain an image of the myocardium blood supply.
