SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of production of solid dosage forms. Method of manufacturing a solid dosage form involves feeding a powder mixture, comprising a pharmaceutically active agent, into the dosing nozzle, using negative pressure, and measuring its quantity; feeding the powder mixture from the dosing nozzle to the mold cavity within the mold block, wherein the forming cavity has an inner wall, a first hole on the surface of the first side of the mold block, and a second opening on the surface on the opposite side of the mold block; moving the first forming tool into the mold cavity through the first opening in such a way, that the powder mixture takes the form of the dosage form inside the forming cavity; applying the RF energy between the first RF electrode and the second RF electrode in such a way, that this energy heats the powder mixture inside the forming cavity to form the dosage form; and extracting the dosage form from the mold cavity. Also, methods for manufacturing a solid dosage form are disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides manufacturing of a multicomponent solid dosage form for effective treatment of such pathological conditions as pain, fever, inflammation and so on.
