When the encoded bitstream is decoded, whether the speaker location information is stored, is determined based on the synchronous word and identification information stored in the comment area. Audio data contained in the coded bit stream is output according to the location of the loudspeakers in accordance with the determination result.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the coding efficiency to produce high-quality realistic sound.
