SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to automate the management of production processes when working with hazardous working conditions that require continuous monitoring of the personnel actions and functional condition and can be used both in the normal mode of operation of the enterprise, and in the event of an emergency situation. Method of managing production processes includes measuring parameters of the ambient air, reception, storage in the database and transmission of information through communication channels, as well as instructing the personnel, and in the formation of information necessary for the instructing genetic data of the personnel associated with the key psycho-physiological component of the human factor – fatigue – are taken into account. To implement the method a multifunctional software and information device is proposed.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is to increase the safety of the production process through continuous monitoring of the production process and to provide a continuous mode of transmission of current audiovisual information and interactive video-instructing.
