SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology and the food industry. Method of preparation of spirulina nanocapsules in agar agar is characterized in that agar-agar is used as the nanocapsule shell, and spirulina as the core, the spirulina powder is slowly added to the agar-agar slurry in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 1000 rpm, followed by butyl chloride, after which the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the core: shell weight ratio is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:5.

EFFECT: method of spirulina nanocapsules preparation in agar agar is proposed.
