SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in the reconstruction of the atrophied alveolar process of the jaw. In the pre-surgery period, clinical, laboratory and radiological examinations are performed. After the conducted examinations, based on modeling the clinical situation in the oral cavity and the condition of the bone tissue of the receiving bed augmentation of the alveolar process of the lower jaw in height and width is performed. For this, mucosa and periosteum longitudinal incision is made, performing a detachment of the mucoperiosteal flap from the lingual and buccal side, decortication of the outer cortical plate. After forming the receiving bed, filling it with a mixture of allogeneic graft with autologous bone chips, covering the augmenter with collagen membrane filling its edges under the periosteum. Sealing the periosteum with resorbable suture material, and the mucous membrane above the periosteum with non-resorbable suture material.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve the necessary bone augmentation in height and width and to create optimal conditions for subsequent implantation surgery.
