FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dental surgery and maxillofacial surgery. An incision is made in the mucous membrane. Exfoliation and folding of the muco-periosteal flap in the area of the proposed reconstruction is carried out. Horizontal and vertical cuts are performed, with splitting of bone fragments along a plane, with vestibular displacement of the fragment, with fixation to the periosteum, with suturing in layers. In this case, the cuts are made to the cancellous layer of bone tissue, two vertical cuts and one horizontal cuts, combining the vertical cuts at their lower points from the vestibular side, with the formation of a bone block. The reconstruction of the alveolar ridge is carried out in two stages; at the same time, at the first stage, the cuts are sealed, and the muco-periosteal flap is placed in place; after the primary restoration of the bone and the fusion of the bone block prepared for the movement with the periosteum, proceed to the second stage, at the second stage, the mucosa is cut to the submucosal layer along the ridge of the alveolar ridge and the mucous-submucosal flap is exfoliated in size, exceeding the boundaries of the cuts, then along the ridge the periosteum is dissected and pushed back directly above the bone block, then a longitudinal cut is made along the ridge of the alveolar process, directly between the previously made vertical cuts, the tool is inserted into the longitudinal cut and the bone fragment is split, then the bone block is displaced vestibularly and the resulting space filled with osteoplastic material, after which sutures are applied.
EFFECT: method, due to the step-by-step carrying out of all manipulations during the operation to increase the width of the alveolar ridge using implanted xeno-collagen material, allows minimally traumatic and as soon as possible carrying out the installation of orthopedic structures based on implants with the most stable, effective, aesthetic and functional result in the long term, without reducing the level of bone in the area of the operation over time.
