SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dermatology, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for rehabilitation treatment of patients with psoriasis and for secondary prevention of psoriasis at health resort stage. For this purpose baths with mineral water "Аджи-Су" are used as balneotherapy at water temperature of 36–37 °C. First procedure is carried out for 15 minutes, then from the second procedure the time is increased to 20 minutes. Third procedure and the following procedures are prolonged to 25 minutes. Balneotherapy course includes 14 procedures daily in morning hours 60 minutes after a meal. As an ointment therapy, Lipobase emulsion is used daily for two weeks. Lipobase is applied in morning 20 minutes after taking a bath with mineral water in a thin layer on the affected areas of the body, and in the evening—on the whole body, including healthy and affected areas. Intravenous laser irradiation of blood is carried out on apparatus "Лазмик" at wave length 635 nm with output radiation power 2 mW. Exposure time is 15 minutes; the therapeutic course includes 7 procedures every second day, 2 hours after taking a bath with mineral water.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of rehabilitation treatment and increasing the period of remission.
