SUBSTANCE: adapter comprises: a tip adapted to sealingly interface with the distal end of the body, a needle assembly comprising a needle and a needle mandrel through which a needle having a channel passes, the needle assembly being inserted at least partially into the ferrule and the needle being movably mounted the injection position, in which it protrudes from the distal end of the tip, into the retracted position, in which it is located in the tip and / or body, a thin probe assembly comprising a thin probe and a thin probe disk, the thin probe being slidably movable and at least partially located in the needle channel, being displaced proximally to the distal the tip of the needle when it is in the injection position, and a needle retraction mechanism comprising a biasing member and an activatable locking assembly that is configured to be in a locked state to hold the biasing member in a stressed state and, when activated by pressing the plunger assembly, release the biasing member configured to provide, at its withdrawing from the stressed state, moving the needle relative to the thin probe from the injection position to the retracted position.
