SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to auto-injectors for dosing liquid drug. Auto-injector comprises a tubular frame, support subassembly, containing a tubular support, sliding partially inside frame, carrier is configured to contain a syringe with a hollow injection needle, drive spring and piston for load transfer drive spring on syringe limiter, syringe is designed to lock for joint axial translation with carrier, adjusting spring installed around carrier, control mechanism of inserting the needle for connection of proximal end of adjusting spring or with a carrier for its movement for inserting needle or with needle retraction frame back depending on relative axial position of carrier and frame, control mechanism of inserting needle comprises first bushing, set off with help of adjusting spring in proximal direction, at first bushing in proximal direction is located, at least one elastic beam, at same time on a carrier and housing are corresponding groove, transverse length head elastic beams exceeds a gap between carrier and frame that makes head elastic beams against a distal surface in groove in frame, avoiding deviation in internal direction carrier, or against a distal surface in groove in carrier, not allowing deviation of a frame, thereby transmitting load from adjusting spring on a support for inserting needle, elastic bolster is provided with possibility of switching between frame and carrier with help of inclined engagement head with distal surfaces under load adjusting spring depending on relative longitudinal position between frame and carrier.
