FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Adapter (100, 200) for safety syringe (10) containing body (20) and plunger unit (8), which is movable in body (20). Adapter includes tip (130, 230), which is sealed to the distal end of body (20), and needle retraction mechanism (111, 211). This mechanism comprises needle assembly (120, 220) and actuator assembly (110, 210). Needle assembly (120, 220) comprises needle (101, 201) and nozzle (122, 222) formed thereon, from which needle protrudes (101, 201). Needle assembly (120, 220) is inserted into tip (130, 230) and is movable from the injection position, in which needle (101, 201) protrudes from the distal end of tip (130, 230), to the retracted position, in which it is located in tip (130, 230) and/or in body (20). Actuator assembly (110, 210) comprises needle seal (116, 216), a pusher and activating surface (114A). Needle withdrawal mechanism (111, 211) comprises biasing element (140, 240) and activating stop means. Safety syringe (10) with automatic needle removal comprises: body (20) having a distal end and a proximal end, plunger unit (8) movably mounted in body (20), and adapter (100, 200) tightly coupled to the distal end of body. Method of assembling the adapter for a syringe body, including the assembly of a pusher and a seal. Force transfer member is guided through the needle seal with the possibility of axial translational movement with the passage through the needle seal. Needle assembly comprising a needle is sealed by a needle seal such that the proximal end of the needle forms a fluid passage passing through the needle seal. Insert the needle assembly into the tip with the axial translational movement of the element, which is adapted to move the activating surface in the axial direction. Energy is stored by transferring the biasing element into a stressed state, installed between the needle-shaped nozzle in the needle assembly and the guide provided in the tip. Attach the needle assembly to the tip with the activated stopper. Activating stopper is arranged to hold the biasing element in a stressed state when it is blocked, and, while being activated, release the biasing element which is configured to provide, when it is withdrawn from the stressed state, moving the needle from the injection position to the retracted position. Activating stopper is operable to be actuated by axial movement of the activating surface relative to said means as a result of axial movement of the pusher, element for force transmission and activating surface due to pressing the plunger block. Method of assembling a safe syringe with automatic withdrawal, further including a hermetic conjunction of the tip with the distal end of the syringe body. Assembling the plunger block, allowing its subsequent axial movement in the body and including assembling the seal of the plunger head through the proximal end of the body.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a reliable retraction of the needle, which increases the safety of the user.
