FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: hanging of the analyzed carbon nanoparticles: nanotubes, nanofibres, astralenes, nanocones/disks, graphene, graphene oxide, after its surface treatment it is dispersed, using the ultrasonic dispersant in the water or in organic solvent, that is the solvent for polymer into which the nanoparticles will be introduced. Then the tube, containing the resulted dispersion-slurry of uniformly black colour, is placed in the cavity of the measuring device, which is the holder in the form of vertically positioned at the platform 3 of the hollow metal cylinder 1, and include the power supply 6 and 12 respectively of the illuminator 5 and the measuring scheme 8, into which the photoreceiver 7 is included.
EFFECT: as a result of the specified dispersion probing by illuminator 5 radiation and analysis of the radiation flux passed through it by registering the current in the measuring circuit, receive the curve of photocurrent dependence from time, determine the nanoparticles settling rate on the bottom and thus control the efficiency of its surface treatment.
