FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of forming thin nanostructured graphene oxide films on substrates from various, including flexible, polymer materials, and can be used to create active elements of sensors based on graphene oxide. Method comprises forming functional layers by successively applying dispersions of nanoparticles on a previous layer or substrate, wherein graphene oxide is applied on sublayer formed on hydrophobic substrate, by aerosol deposition of dispersions of carbon gas nanotubes, wherein sublayer is non-percolated carbon nanotubes, and fills 0.5–5.0 % of substrate surface area. On the underlayer, a layer of graphene oxide is formed from the dispersion, which forms a resistive homogeneous film with adjustable thickness of up to 100 nm.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the deposition efficiency of graphene oxide suspensions on hydrophobic substrates.
