SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concentrate compositions, for example, master batches, a method for preparing master batch compositions, their application, allowing to improve processing and properties of polymer formulations containing polyamides or polyamides mixed with the master batch. Masterbatch composition comprises copolymers of an olefin and maleic anhydride and one or more carrier resins selected from a group consisting of an ethylene-ester copolymer; polyamide, in which the end amine groups of the polyamide are capped; polyamide, in which the end groups of the polyamide are carboxylic acid groups, but not amines; polysulfonylamide, in which the end groups are not amines; polycarbonate, in which the terminal groups are carboxylic acid groups; a polyester in which the end groups are carboxylic acid groups; a copolymer of ethylene and n-butyl acrylate; a copolymer of ethylene and ethyl acrylate; a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate or combinations of these compounds. Composition includes other additives dispersed in different carrier resins.

EFFECT: master batch composition improves the uniformity of introducing additives into the final composition, improves the processability of the copolymer of olefin with maleic anhydride, as well as the performance characteristics of the final product.
