SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation, monitoring and accounting systems for transport and stationary objects. Technical result is achieved due to the system of accounting, navigation and monitoring of mobile objects using a global navigation satellite system including a navigation two-system GLONASS + GPS receiver, installed on a mobile object, with an antenna and a computing unit, as well as a control station with a personal computer, the mobile unit is provided with a device for transmitting information via wireless channels and a portable memory storage with the possibility of its connection to a personal computer of the control station, the latter is provided with a wireless information receiver and a device reading information from the portable memory storage, an object data verification point, the information from which is received by the control station for correcting the received data from the object, the verification point is equipped with stationary platform scales for checking the transported cargo.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means for the accounting, navigation and monitoring of mobile objects using the global navigation satellite system.
