FIELD: alarm systems, control over transport fleet, monitoring of conditions of mobile objects and of their movements in real time, protection of stationary and mobile objects, monitoring of environment. SUBSTANCE: proposed safety, navigation and monitoring system has traffic control center and equipment of users that incorporates navigation receiver with antenna, transceiver with antenna, keyboard and modem connected to transceiver, video control camera, audio system and telemonitor. It also has vehicle-born computer coupled to processor, analog-to-digital converter of video signals, digital-to-analog converters of audio and video signals, storage, TV camera for video control and telemonitor. Alarm sensors are also connected to interface of vehicle-born computer. Traffic control center is coupled to equipment of users via antenna of transceiver with the aid of radio channel. Feeding inputs of navigation receiver, modem, transceiver, vehicle-born computer, TV camera for video control, telemonitor and alarm sensors are connected to independent power supply unit. EFFECT: development of multipurpose safety, navigation and monitoring system which circuit design enables order of functioning of units and entire system to be re-programmed and changed depending on realized functions. 16 cl, 2 dwg
