SUBSTANCE: initially a flat panel X-ray detector with an autonomous power source is included in the calibration mode and the detector after the calibration mode is transferred in the standby mode. During the standby mode, the intensity of X-ray radiation is measured, X-ray intensity increases to the values accessed after the X-ray source is switched on, the detector is switched to the control mode for a predetermined period of time. After the end of the control mode, the obtained pipeline control data is stored in the non-volatile memory of the detector.
EFFECT: improving the quality of weld control and control performance.
