SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of underwater photography and video shooting. Stabilizer contains a base. Base is made in the form of a horizontal plate. Vertical wings are fixed at the edges of the base. On the tips of the vertical wings there are modular floats. Stabilizer contains a cargo system. Cargo system is designed on an elongated pin extending vertically down from the central part of the base with fixed modular weights. On the base, on both sides of the center, there are two handles. Above the center of the base there is a lock for the underwater box of the photo-camera. Handles are made with ball mounts to accommodate additional equipment. Stabilizer is made folding.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to improve the quality of underwater photography and video shooting.
