FIELD: drilling of soil and rocks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical means for conducting oceanographic and geological studies, namely, autonomous submersible equipment for monitoring underwater infrastructure, mapping of sea bioresources, as well as their visualization, for conducting engineering surveys for drilling and construction on the shelf. Device for mapping seabed objects and their visual verification contains a supporting parallelepiped-shaped frame structure including interconnected longitudinal and transverse elements and provided with a suspension for attaching a tether for towing, with stabilizers placed on the frame structure, at least one electronics unit, one optical unit and one acoustic unit, acoustic and optical units are connected to the electronics unit and contain functional elements. Optical unit includes at least two video cameras mounted in front of the frame structure by means of fasteners with mutually perpendicular placement of their optical axes, one of which is oriented along a course, second is down, and the ability to rotate cameras; at least four laser designators located around at least one of the video cameras with their optical axes parallel to each other; lighting module, which includes LED lamps mounted on the base, placed in a lower rear part of the frame structure with the possibility of changing its angle of inclination. Electronics unit is placed in a sealed cylindrical case with a connector for connection to a control unit of a vessel, which is fixed to a locating block, at the same time the locating block is fixed in the lower rear part of the frame structure. Acoustic unit includes a side-scanning sonar with two antennas placed on the frame structure in the longitudinal direction and fixed on a bottom side of the locating block, as well as an altimeter attached to the frame structure, and the antennas and the altimeter are moved beyond the lower surface of the frame structure to eliminate interference from its elements during operation of the device.
EFFECT: invention in a specific embodiment can be used as part of an underwater-hardware complex (UHC) for mapping seabed objects and their visual verification.
