FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to theoretical heat engineering. Method for determining diffusion coefficient of liquid in capillary-porous body, comprising immersing a capillary-porous body in water and determining the change of its mass over time, characterized by fact, that the body is exposed to ultrasound, according to the results of the experiment, the dependence of the natural logarithm of excess mass on time is constructed, on the obtained dependence, the stage of a regular moisture transfer regime is distinguished, characterized by the fact that the experimental points on the graph are grouped near a straight line, and the tangent of the slope of this line to the abscissa on the graph is numerically equal to the value of the rate of the regular moisture transfer regime, then the diffusion coefficient of the liquid in a capillary-porous body is determined by the formula: D = Km, where K is the coefficient of the body shape; m is the rate of regular moisture transfer.
EFFECT: technical result is determining the diffusion coefficient while ultrasound exposure.
