DEVICE FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC EMISSIONS SHIELDING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01R29/08

Abstract RU 2649092 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device for evaluating the effectiveness of electromagnetic emissions shielding is intended for use in the measurement of electrical and magnetic quantities, for example, to determine the protection degree of technical and biological objects against the electromagnetic field. Device comprises a power supply, a generator, a sensor, an amplifier, a voltage divider, a shielding housing and a portable personal computer connected to the amplifier output. Sensor is made in the form of an inductance coil having a core with a magnetic gap, which is a gap in the magnetic circuit, filled with a non-magnetic material. Power supply is connected to the voltage divider which first output is connected to the generator input. Generator output is connected to the sensor input, and the sensor output is connected to the first input of the amplifier, the second input of which is connected to the second output of the voltage divider. Shielding housing is divided into chambers by a compartment for the object under study. Generator is installed in one chamber of the housing, in the other chamber of the housing there is the sensor, the amplifier, the power source and the voltage divider.

EFFECT: technical result observed in the implementation of the claimed solution is to output the measurement results to the portable personal computer, the study of the levels of electromagnetic radiation at separately controlled frequencies in the frequency range under study, increasing the accuracy and sensitivity of measurements.
