SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used for slicing food products. Slicing device comprises a rotary knife and means for delivery the food product to be cut to the cutting plane, formed by the knife. Removable container for the sliced food product is installed on said supply tool. Container is provided with closing tools for hermetically closing to create a vacuum. After slicing, the container with the remaining portion of the food product is removed from the device and closed. Vacuum inside the container with a portion of the food product is created.
EFFECT: as a result, the remaining after slicing the food product portion is effectively and permanently maintained.
