FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Food product bundle is fed by feeder to cutting machine. The latter is used to cut food products to circles, strips or cubes. In feeding, said food product is fixed by vacuum grip fed along with aforesaid bundle. Rarefaction is created inside vacuum grip contact element to act of bundle surface fixation area. To seal suction zone, two contact element rotary internal and external blades cut into food product to confine said suction zone.
EFFECT: higher quality and accuracy.
