SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to the cosmetic use of the multibacterial lysate, which belongs to the genus Vitreoscilla, in the complete fermentation medium as the active agent for the prevention and/or treatment of the scalp conditions, which are associated with the appearance of dandruff; to cosmetic and dermatological compositions for the prevention and/or treatment of scalp conditions, which are associated with the appearance of dandruff, which includes at least one microbacterial lysate into the physiologically acceptable medium, which belongs to the genus Vitreoscilla, in the complete fermentation medium, the mentioned lysate in the complete fermentation medium is included in the specified cosmetic and dermatological composition in the amount, which is in the range from 0.001 up to 10 wt%, based on the total weight of the dry extract of the mentioned composition; to the cosmetic method for preventing and/or treating the scalp conditions, which are associated with the appearance of dandruff, which comprises the step of administering to the person of at least one microbacterial lysate, which belongs to the genus Vitreoscilla, in the complete fermentation medium.
