Abstract RU 2652277 C1

FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry and includes microcapsules, composition, including these microcapsules, and their use as a skin and mucosal care product, wherein the microcapsules, intended for the normalization of microflora and the functional state of the skin and mucous membranes, are characterized to be the solid particles containing matrix, where living probiotic microorganisms are encapsulated in. They are released from the matrix upon contact with the skin surface and mucous membranes, wherein the matrix material has a melting or softening property at a temperature selected from the range of 20–43 °C, while the amount of encapsulated microorganisms is in the range of from 0.001 to 80 % by the weight of the matrix. Group of inventions allows to provide creation of a new form of medical or cosmetic agent for outward application, containing microorganisms, possessing improved consumer characteristics: effective delivery of viable microorganisms to the skin and mucous membranes, absence of unpleasant odor and abrasive effect, increasing the convenience of use and increasing the shelf life without loss of the vitality of microorganisms, ensuring the stability of microcapsules in conditions of its location in gels, creams and so on.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to ensure the creation of a new form of therapeutic or cosmetic for outward application.
