Core of the method is that laboratory rodents are injected intraperitoneally with tetra-(1-vinylimidazole) cobalt dichloride at a dose of 30 mg/kg on the first, third, fifth day and evaluate the effectiveness of influence on the body after 1 hour and 48 hours after its last intake.

EFFECT: method is easy to reproduce, it allows to increase the life expectancy of animals with lancinating altitude anoxia and lancinating normobaric hypoxia with hypercapnia both in the early and late period of preconditioning, and also allows to reduce the toxicity of active compound – cobalt chloride on the body in the adaptive process to hypoxia.
