SUBSTANCE: usage for physicochemical analysis of liquid and gaseous media using acoustic waves. Summary of the invention is that the acoustic sensor of the electronic nose and electronic tongue system contains a plane-parallel plate made of a piezoelectric crystal with a crystallographic axis lying in the plane of the plate, which has a front and back sides; electroacoustic interdigital transducers (EIT) located in pairs and forming two sets of acoustic channels for surface acoustic waves (SAW) with a wavelength much smaller than the thickness of the plate and a family of plate oscillation modes (POM) with a wavelength that is less than or equal to the thickness of the plate; local zone for introducing the liquid to be analyzed, placed on the plate, while in the acoustic channels for SAW there are films of substances sensitive to the composition of the gas sample, having the form of strips, length of which coincides with the direction of propagation of the SAW, and the width is not less than the width of the EIT, local zone for introducing the liquid to be analyzed is formed on the face of the plate, is limited to at least one cylindrical liquid-open cell with an open neck, the bottom of which is said plate, while EIT for excitation of POMs are located around the periphery around the cylindrical cuvette, and the acoustic channels for surfactants are located outside the cuvette placement area.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the informativity and sensitivity of the acoustic sensor.
