FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic plate-like oscillation modes are excited in a plate-like acoustic line made from crystalline piezoelectric material. Said acoustic line is brought into contact with the test liquid and oscillation parametres are recorded. At least five oscillation modes can be excited in the plate-like acoustic line, each characterised by unique sensitivity to density ρ, viscosity η, electroconductivity σ, dielectric permittivity ε and temperature t of the liquid, and the oscillation parametres are phase responses of the acoustic mode in the presence of the test and reference liquid, as well as in absence thereof, after which values of independent values of density, viscosity, electroconductivity, dielectric permittivity and temperature of the test liquid are determined using numerical methods in accordance with a certain system of equations.

EFFECT: high information content of analysing liquid media, reduced minimum weight of the test sample, reduced distortion of the sample on the side of the measuring device, possibility of taking measurements at the same point of the test volume.
