FIELD: road construction machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction machines intended for cleaning road surfaces from snow and ice formations. The working body contains a frame equipped with a blade hinged on it from the rear side in the direction of travel and cutting discs mounted at the bottom of the frame from the front side, each of which is mounted on an axis with the possibility of free rotation around it with an angle of inclination of the lower surface of the disc to the surface of the snow-ice run-up no more than 10°. In this case, between the side brackets (2) of the frame (1), a corner (3) is rigidly fixed perpendicular to them in a horizontal position, along the length of which the said disks (6) are installed. Side cutting discs (8) are vertically installed at the ends of the angle, each of which is mounted on an axis with the possibility of free rotation around it, with an inclination angle of the larger base of the disc of not more than 10° to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the machine. At least 5 sections (12) with ice-breaking drums (13) are pivotally mounted on the frame, spring-loaded by means of shock absorbers (14), ensuring the return of the sections to their original position when the ice-breaking drum rolls over an obstacle. In this case, the spring shock absorbers are hinged at one end on the frame, and at the other end are hinged on the corresponding section, in each of which an ice-breaking drum is installed on the axis with the possibility of free rotation. In the rear part of the frame in the bearing assembly, an axle (23) is vertically installed, the lower end of which is rigidly connected to the plate (24) with the possibility of its rotation in a horizontal plane by means of hydraulic cylinders (25) fixed at the top along the edges of the plate at one end and on the frame at the other end. At the same time, the plate (24), in turn, is pivotally connected to the blade (32) with the possibility of deflecting the blade in a vertical plane in the event of a collision with an obstacle. In addition, shock absorbers (33) are also installed on the rear wall of the blade, hinged at the ends with the blade (32) and plate (24).
EFFECT: working body provides an increase in the efficiency of the destruction of snow-ice run-up and the quality of cleaning the road surface.
