FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used as a heel of the leg supports of an exoskeleton made with the possibility of fastening to the legs of an exoskeleton user and with the possibility of movement in the sagittal plane and intended to assist people with limited motor abilities who are unable to move independently, with limited mobility or complete immobility of the lower extremities with normal functioning of the upper extremities and the upper part of the body. Heel of the exoskeleton user's shoe contains a body of a heel whose inner surface is made in the form of a surface of the reciprocal outer surface of the heel portion of the user's shoe and at least one element for fastening the heel body to the user's shoe. Heel body is equipped with an additional support, mounted in the heel body with the possibility of rotation with respect to the axis perpendicular to the plantar surface of the heel body.
EFFECT: technical result to which the invention is directed is to reduce the friction magnitude caused by the interaction of the plantar surface of the heel body with the support surface when the supporting leg is rotated due to the muscular force of the normally functioning upper extremities and the upper part of the user's body and to reduce its muscular efforts.
