FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Left atrial appendage ligation device during heart surgeries consists of a double thread, which is placed in three tubes of different rigidity, size and diameter, with a loop at one end and two free ends. Harder second tube is made to prevent the first soft tube entering into the third tube and is located perpendicular to the first tube and the third tube. Third tube is made of the same material as the second tube. Second and third tubes diameter is greater than the first tube diameter.
EFFECT: invention can be used when applying ligature to tubular structures.
