FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: inside the structure 1 in tanks 5 and 6, the required quantity of liquefied natural gas and liquid oxygen is stored in advance, respectively. To ensure the operation of power plant 7 in the full isolation mode, the shut-off and control equipment 13 and 19 is opened, which supplies liquefied natural gas and liquid oxygen from the tanks 5 and 6 to the heat exchangers-evaporators 11 and 17, respectively. Due to heat inflows from the internal space of rooms 2 and 3, the liquefied natural gas and liquid oxygen evaporate and along the supply lines of fuel cryogenic components, respectively 12 and 18, the gaseous natural gas and oxygen enter the power plant 7 as fuel and oxidant, respectively.
EFFECT: reduction of heat inflows to cryogenic tanks, provision of non-drainage storage of fuel cryogenic components within a special fortification structure, provision of the possibility to generate electric power by an energy installation in case of power failure in fortification structure.
