SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of monitor objects. In the method of remote monitoring and prediction of the state of technical objects, data is received from the object of control; a standard sample of the performance characteristics of the object is formed; state matrices are constructed from the components of the reference sample points; using the MSET method, empirical models of object state forecasting are constructed; the components of the residuals are determined; statistical model of the operation of the object for a period of time is formed; the limit value for the statistical model is determined; disruption is determined; the incoming information from the object is analyzed; degree of deviation of the parameters of the object for a period of time is determined; the calculated faults are ranked; master sample is adjusted; empirical models are updated; signal about the deviation of the object parameter based on the updated model and determine the state of operation of the object is generated.
EFFECT: prediction of deviations in the operation of the monitor object is provided.
