FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a computer-implemented method and system for remote monitoring and forecasting of residual operation life of components of a turbo-aggregate. Method consists in performing the following steps. Obtaining data characterizing the parameters of a working state of a turbo-aggregate and its components. Calculating parameters of the limiting state of a turbo-aggregate and its constituent components by regression analysis. Forming parameters of the reference parameters of the performance of the turbo-aggregate and its components on the basis of the obtained data. Creating mathematical model of the object on the basis of the formed reference parameters of the working object. Obtaining analytical information describing the continuously measured technical parameters of the turbine unit and its components during operation. These parameters include the values of the equivalent hours worked, as well as information on the number of starts of equipment. Obtaining information on periodic data characterizing information about the personnel activities to which turbo-aggregate is subjected and information on the results of the periodic inspection of the equipment. Comparing obtained information of the turbo-aggregate and its components with the mathematical model of the object and on the basis of this comparison, forecasting the permissible residual life of the equipment until the moment when a stop is needed to eliminate the defects.
EFFECT: forecasting of the residual life of the components of turbo-aggregate is achieved.
