SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding sets of disc mills and can be used in the pulp and paper industry at the secondary milling stage of a fiber obtained from waste paper or rags in the manufacture of paper and paperboard. Grinding headset contains coaxial rotor and stator disks. Working surfaces of the disks face one another and are provided with curved knife protrusions 4. Cutting edges 3 of the knife protrusions 4 are eccentric with respect to the center of the disc and are inclined in one direction, that at the input peripheral edge of the discs, the angle of inclination of the cutting edges 3 of the stator blades is greater than the angle of inclination of the cutting edges of the rotor blades by 7…10°. In this case, the angle of inclination of the cutting edge 3 at any of its points is constant and is in the optimum range 68…88°.

EFFECT: invention provides an improved quality of grinding and a reduction in specific energy inputs.
