To do this, in the proposed grinding headset, circular cutting edges, with a radius of curvature r₁ = 0.572⋅R, touch the output circular edge of the disk with radius R, and the centres of curvature are uniformly distributed on a circle with radius r₂ = 0.428⋅R, to ensure that the aqueous slurry is ground to a pulp concentration of 10-18%.

EFFECT: increasing the values of the parameters of speed, power mechanical and hydrodynamic effects on the fibrous semi-finished product in the annular grinding cavity to optimal values during one pass through it.
