FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the structural elements of a disc mill and can be used in the pulp and paper industry in the fine grinding stage. Grinding filling includes rotary and stator disks. Their annular grinding surfaces are divided by through radial grooves (1) into sectors (2), straight blades (3) alternating with the through intermediate grooves (4) formed by the side walls of the blades (3) parallel to the radial generatrix of the sector are uniformly distributed on their working surfaces. Average values of the thickness of blades (3) and the widths of grooves (4) are constant from the input circumferential edge (7) of the disc to outlet (8), and working walls (5) of blades (3) in the cross section of grooves (4) are inclined relative to non-working ones (6) with an increase in the thickness of blades (3) in the base. Slope of working (5) side walls relative to non-working (6) is in the range 1.2ϕ≤α≤<1.8ϕ, where ϕ – the angle of friction of the pulp mass on the blade surface.
EFFECT: optimum force influence on the fibrous mass is achieved in one pass through the grinding cavity of the filling.
