FIELD: grinding sets of disk mills.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding sets of disk mills and is used in grinding and preparatory shops, pulp and paper industry enterprises, at the stage of mass grinding of aqueous suspensions of high concentration wood fiber pulp. To achieve the effect, the ratio of the radius of the circumference of the entrance to the annular grinding zone to the radius of the circumference of the exit from it rin/Rout=0.5-0.6, and the angle of inclination of the tangent circumferential cutting edge of a single knife protrusion to the radius rin, drawn from the center of the disk to the point of contact, lying on the circumference of the entrance to the annular grinding zone of the disc, αin=29°-30°.
EFFECT: giving the highest optimal values to the values of speed, force and hydrodynamic effects in the annular grinding cavity, in one pass through it.
